Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms keep Pawsofmind useful and safe for everyone during the Bengaluru pilot. Using the site means you agree to them.

What Pawsofmind is

Pawsofmind is a coordination platform. We help organise missing-pet reports, sightings and local help so a search has one place to live. We work hard on every case, but we cannot guarantee the recovery of any pet.

Accurate use

By submitting a report, you confirm that it is truthful and that you own — or have the right to share — any photos you upload.

Misuse

False reports, harassment of owners, finders or partners, or abuse of the contact channels may lead to removal from the platform.

Safety

Never chase or corner a frightened animal — share a photo, the location and the direction it was heading from a safe distance. Guidance on this site is general information, not veterinary advice; for a sick or injured animal, contact a veterinarian.

The pilot

The service is provided as-is during the pilot. Features may change, be added, or be paused as we learn what works.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
