That’s the whole job. You are not on call and you do not need to join a group. You simply help when a relevant case reaches you.

- How much does it cost?
- Joining is free for pet parents and Community Helpers. Pet businesses can join the pilot free. Optional paid business features may be introduced later.
- How many alerts will I get?
- Only when our team has a relevant case near your area. During the pilot, alerts are shared manually. Automatic area-based alerts are planned later.
- Do I need to install an app?
- No. Pilot alerts and case updates open through WhatsApp or a link in your phone's browser.
- What happens to my phone number?
- Your number is never shown publicly. It is used to verify your mobile number and contact you about relevant cases or your membership.
- Is the network live yet?
- Missing and found pet reporting is available across Bengaluru. The partner network is still growing area by area, so alert coverage depends on the members available nearby.
- Why should I trust this?
- Pawsofmind was created after our own dog went missing for hours. We are building a practical local network so useful sightings do not get lost and families do not have to depend on luck alone.
